This page summarises the main provisions of our rental agreement. Your individual contract and booking confirmation set out the agreed dates, services and amounts.

Property and booking

Beach Paradise Holiday Home is at 19 Baleen Drive, Klein Slangkop Private Estate, Kommetjie, South Africa. The maximum occupancy is eight people, including children. The lead tenant must be an adult and personally stay at the property. Subletting requires written permission.

Price and payment

Your individual agreement sets out the accommodation price, payment dates, cleaning, optional extras and security deposit. Pool heating is optional and must be arranged in advance; a particular water temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Security deposit

Any deductions must be reasonable and itemised; normal wear and tear is excluded. The undisputed balance is returned within 14 days of departure. Where invoices are still outstanding, only a reasonable sum is retained and reconciled within 14 days of their receipt.

During your stay

Please follow the house and estate rules, report damage promptly and arrange arrival and departure with our local manager. Additional visitors and animals require prior agreement; permission for animals must be in writing. Smoking and vaping indoors, parties and events are not permitted.

Cancellation

Please see our cancellation page for notice periods, maximum charges and refund rules. Saved costs and net re-letting income are taken into account. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
